Keep the website useful.Keep the details moving.

A clear rhythm for content updates, design improvements and technical attention after the first launch—prioritised around what the website needs now.

CHOOSE WEBSITE CARE WHEN

The site is live, but the work keeps changing.

This service fits when the website already has a sound foundation and needs regular content updates, small design improvements, form checks or agreed technical maintenance.

It is useful when you need dependable help without starting a redesign each time something changes.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A visible list of priorities and completed changes.

We agree what fits the available care time, make the changes with the surrounding website in view and record what was completed.

Larger requests are separated and explained before they consume the schedule, so a care plan never quietly becomes an undefined project.

A PRACTICAL CARE PLAN

The work changes. The standard stays clear.

Your written plan defines the actual inclusions and available studio time. These are the kinds of tasks a care relationship can bring into one understandable workflow.

  • Keep the content current

Publish service changes, new team members, project stories, journal entries and important business information.

  • Improve pages as you learn

Refine the reading order, spacing, buttons and phone layout as real content reveals better choices.

  • Keep enquiry forms useful

Review the questions, field labels, confirmations and private inbox used by the team.

  • Keep images understandable

Replace visual assets, improve crops, captions and image descriptions, and keep downloads clear.

  • Keep search previews current

Maintain page titles, descriptions, share images and internal links as the site grows.

  • Maintain the working system

Handle the agreed editing system, software, page speed and security work within the supported website environment.

THE TOOLS BEHIND THE WORK

See what changes.Keep control of the website.

The Designlof CMS gives both the studio and the site owner a shared view of pages, media and publishing work. Care remains visible instead of disappearing into a list of unexplained technical tasks.

A REPEATABLE CARE CYCLE / 04 STEPS

Small changes deserve a reliable process.

01 / REVIEW

Start with the live website.

We look at current priorities, recent content, enquiries and any known issue instead of working from an old launch checklist.

02 / PRIORITISE

Decide what matters now.

Together we choose the work that fits the available care cycle. Larger requests are separated and explained before they consume the schedule.

03 / MAKE

Change with the system in mind.

Content, design and code are updated with the surrounding pages, responsive behavior and editable CMS experience in view.

04 / VERIFY

Review the result.

We check the changed journey and record what was completed, what needs your input and what may be useful in the next cycle.

AN EXAMPLE CARE CYCLE

From a loose list to useful progress.

A month might begin with a new team member, an outdated service paragraph, two project photographs and a form question from the sales team. We turn that list into related website changes rather than treating each item as an isolated ticket.

The team profile is added, the service copy is clarified, the images are prepared for the library and the enquiry field is reviewed on mobile and desktop. The completed work is recorded with any next recommendation.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE

Context makes the work faster.

Share approved copy, source images, deadlines and the person who can confirm decisions. When material is incomplete, tell us what is missing instead of filling the request with guesses.

For access or confidential files, we agree a suitable transfer method. Passwords and private credentials do not belong in the public enquiry form.

WHAT CARE IS

Reserved attention, with agreed priorities.

A care plan creates a recurring place for improvements and maintenance. The available time, response expectations, review rhythm and included systems are set out in writing.

You know what is being worked on and why it belongs in the current cycle.

WHAT CARE IS NOT

Unlimited work, without a scope.

Care is not an automatic promise of round-the-clock support, unlimited requests, instant delivery or every future integration. Large additions are estimated separately when they need a proper brief and review process.

Nothing on this page starts a subscription or creates a payment obligation.

01 / FOCUSED CARE SPRINT

Resolve a defined group of issues.

Use a focused sprint when the website needs a concentrated review, a backlog clean-up or a set of improvements with a clear finish.

We inspect the current system, agree the list and confirm the scope and price before work begins.

02 / ONGOING CARE

Create a steady studio rhythm.

Reserve an agreed amount of attention for recurring content, design and technical priorities. This route suits a website that keeps publishing or changing.

The monthly plan is tailored to the system and the type of support required.

START WITH THE CURRENT WEBSITE

Tell us what needs attention.

Share the website address, what is changing, what currently feels difficult and whether the need is a focused fix or recurring support.

The form is an enquiry. We review the website and confirm fit, scope, timing and price before any care arrangement begins.

Designlof Project Enquiries

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Clear expectations make better ongoing work.

These answers explain the difference between hosting, maintenance, improvement work and larger projects. The written care proposal remains the source of truth for a specific website.

Is website care the same as hosting?
No. Hosting keeps the website available on infrastructure. Website care covers agreed content, design and technical work around the live experience. Hosting, domain renewal, backups and software maintenance are included only when the written plan says so.
What can be handled in a monthly care plan?
Typical work includes page and journal updates, replacing imagery, checking forms, small layout improvements, SEO metadata, accessibility details and agreed technical maintenance. Priorities are confirmed before each cycle.
What counts as a new project?
A new product area, major redesign, complex integration or substantial component system may need its own scope. We explain when a request is larger than the reserved care time and confirm the additional work before proceeding.
Can unused time carry over?
That depends on the agreed plan. Reserved studio time, rollover, expiry and scheduling are written into the proposal so there is no hidden assumption. This page does not create an automatic monthly subscription.
How are urgent issues handled?
Tell us what is happening and who is affected. Response windows and emergency coverage depend on the active agreement; website care is not automatically a 24-hour incident-response service. Critical security or availability issues are prioritised according to the agreed support terms.
Can you care for a website you did not build?
Often, yes. We first review the code, CMS, hosting access, dependencies and current risks. That assessment tells us whether the existing system is suitable for ongoing support and what should be stabilised first.
